About Me

Strategy-Minded Learning Architect with a Coach’s Heart

I love solving puzzles with smart people. I hold a Doctorate in Education and have spent more than 10 years leading education programs. What motivates me most is watching teams have those “aha!” moments that turn complex issues into effective learning solutions.

I’m a bridge-builder. I connect people and ideas, especially where strategy meets innovation. Working in complex global systems has shown me that the best solutions make a real difference, are elegantly simple, and are fun to create. Whether I am managing a budget or designing a single micro-learning module, I stay positive and focused on helping others succeed.

My Design Pillars

People First

Learning starts with real people, real contexts, and real needs. It is fundamentally human. I design experiences that honor learners’ and collaborators’ lived experiences, motivations, and contexts—centering learner agency, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.

Technology-Human Partnership

Tools amplify human insight, but don’t replace it. My work blends human insight with the strengths of AI and technology. I focus on tools that extend capability, reduce friction, and support meaningful learning while integrating human judgment, creativity, and connection.

Evidence In, Impact Out

Evidence-based design supports measurable outcomes. My process is grounded in learning science, frameworks, and real-world application. I use iterative testing and clear criteria to ensure every design supports performance and transfer.
